A Midwest native now based in Fort Myers Beach, Florida, Kim combines creativity and meticulous attention to detail to craft spaces that are both functional and beautiful. Her career highlights include founding her own design company, leading design teams at Newmar Corporation, and earning multiple industry awards. Additionally, I provide home watch services. This involves conducting regular visual inspections of the property's interior and exterior (if applicable), checking systems such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC to make sure things are operational, and ensuring the home is secure and free from vandalism, water leaks, and other issues. I will also provide photos and reports of any abnormalities or suspicious activity.
